Before entering the legal profession, Kristen earned a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from The Ohio State University and practiced as a licensed dental hygienist. She later went on to found a specialty dental practice alongside a Prosthodontist, where she was deeply involved in business formation, financing, operations, and growth. Kristen played a central role in navigating the full business lifecycle, including assisting with the sale of that practice and the acquisition of a subsequent practice. Through this experience, she gained firsthand insight into the legal, financial, and operational considerations involved in buying and selling a closely held business—insight she now brings directly to her legal work.

Kristen earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law, where she honed her interest in transactional work. She approaches client matters with a solutions-oriented mindset grounded in how businesses actually operate.

Having lived across the country, including Southern California, Utah, Ohio, and Texas, Kristen is proud to call Richmond, Virginia home.
